Thank you for visiting and shopping at Curated Cartoons. Below are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy.
Order Packaging & processing time
We process all Orders within 2-3 business days, and arrange for packaging and shipping within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
If we experiencing a high volume of Orders or any other factor which may cause a significant delay in the shipment of your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All Orders are packaged in sturdy cardboard with visible warnings against bending or folding.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All orders will be shipped by Federal Express, United Parcel Service, or a comparable commercial carrier, for standard delivery in 3-5 business days, fully insured. Rates will vary depending upon the size and weight of your Order, the point of departure, point of destination, and the cost of insurance (which depends upon the value of your Order).
A calculation of shipping charges and insurance will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Expedited delivery may be available for select items. Please contact us if delivery of your piece is required on an expedited basis.
Delivery delays are rare but occur occasionally. Curated Cartoons is not responsible for delivery delays.
Shipment Destinations
Curated Cartoons ships to addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories.
Please contact us in advance if you require shipment to a Post Office Box, Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office, or Diplomatic Post Office as alternate carriers may be required for such shipments.
Delivery to destinations outside of the United States may be available for select items. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements for shipments outside of the United States. Curated Cartoons is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees, tariffs, and taxes imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Curated Cartoons is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping.
If your item is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing your claim.
