Michael Shaw
Michael toils by day as a storyteller and creative explorer for Xavier University in Cincinnati and doodles by night. He has supplied cartoons to The New Yorker since 1999. His original cartoons are collected throughout the free world, with fans ranging from Alec Baldwin to Terry Gross. His work has also appeared in The St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Harvard Business Review, Prospect magazine in the UK, plus Lands’ End catalog, ABC News, Sixty Minutes and MSNBC.
